Orders are dispatched within 5-10 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

We typically use NZ Post Overnight Courier Bags for fast, tracked delivery anywhere in New Zealand.

If you select urban but your address is rural, we’ll email you to settle the difference before we can ship your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, it should arrive in 1–2 working days for urban areas, and 2–4 working days for rural addresses.Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons such as Christmas or public holidays.
Local Pickup (Ashburton)
We offer local pickup for customers in the Ashburton area.
To use this option:
- Enter the code PICKUP at checkout to remove shipping costs.
- After your order is placed, please email us at hello@noveltee.co.nz to arrange a pickup time.
Please note: We currently do not have a public-facing store, so pickup is by appointment only.

We currently ship within New Zealand only.If you’re outside NZ and interested in ordering, we’d love to hear from you! Please email us at hello@noveltee.co.nz and we can provide a shipping estimate based on your location.
