Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your product, complete the customisation options, upload your artwork if you have it, and submit your order. If you need help with your design, let us know in the order form and we'll work with you to create the final artwork.

Can I order just one item?

Yes. We accept orders from a single garment through to larger bulk orders.

Can I order multiple sizes?

Absolutely. If you're ordering for a group, team, business, or event, you can select multiple sizes as part of your order.

Can I reorder a previous design?

Yes. If you've ordered with us before, you can reorder through your account where available, or simply contact us and we'll help arrange a repeat order using your previous design.

Artwork & Design

What file types can I upload?

We accept most common image formats, including PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS files. PLEASE NOTE: Our printers will print white, so please remove all backgrounds if you don't want it printed

My artwork isn't print-ready. Can you help?

Yes. We offer design assistance and can help prepare your artwork for printing or create a design based on your ideas. Check out the options in the product form.

Can I use my own logo or artwork?

Yes. You can upload your logo or artwork as part of the ordering process.

Can you create a design for me?

Absolutely. If you don't have a finished design, simply provide as much information as possible and we'll help bring your idea to life.

Can you print photographs on apparel?

Yes. Our printing process is capable of reproducing high-quality photographs, full-colour artwork, and detailed designs on apparel. For the best results, we recommend uploading the highest-resolution image available.

Printing & Products

How are the garments printed?

All apparel is decorated using high-quality Direct to Film (DTF) transfers printed in-house. This allows us to produce vibrant, detailed, and durable designs.

Are the prints durable?

Yes. DTF printing creates long-lasting prints designed to withstand regular wear and washing when care instructions are followed.

What sizes are available?

We offer a wide range of sizes for kids, women, and men. Available sizes are listed on each product page.

What brands of apparel do you use?

We source garments from a range of trusted New Zealand apparel suppliers to ensure quality, availability, and consistency.

Can I supply my own garments?

No. For hygiene, quality control, and garment compatibility reasons, we only decorate brand-new apparel sourced through our trusted suppliers.

If you already have your own T-shirts, hoodies, or other garments and simply need the design printed, we recommend using our sister company, VIVID Transfers. They specialise in supplying high-quality DTF transfers that can be applied to your existing apparel.

Do you offer school leavers' hoodies?

Noveltee is designed primarily for smaller custom apparel orders. If you're organising school leavers' hoodies or another large group apparel project, we recommend contacting our sister company, Custom Merch, which specialises in bulk apparel orders and managed merchandise programs.

Do you print apparel for businesses?

Yes. We regularly produce custom apparel for businesses, including branded T-shirts, hoodies, and promotional clothing.

For larger orders, ongoing staff uniform requirements, or more complex projects, our sister company Custom Merch may be the better option as they specialise in business apparel and bulk ordering solutions.

Do you print sports team apparel?

Yes. We can create custom apparel for sports teams, clubs, and community groups.

If you're ordering for a larger team, club, or organisation, we recommend speaking with Custom Merch, which specialises in bulk teamwear and custom apparel programs.

Do you offer fundraising merchandise?

Yes. Custom apparel can be a great way to support schools, clubs, charities, and community groups.

For larger fundraising campaigns, online merchandise stores, or ongoing fundraising programs, Custom Merch offers additional services that may be better suited to your needs.

Shipping & Turnaround

How long will my order take?

As all products are made to order, our typical turnaround time is 5–10 business days. If you need a faster turnaround please contact us before placing the order.

Do you ship throughout New Zealand?

Yes. We ship custom apparel nationwide via NZ Post.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer urgent orders?

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Support

Can I return a custom-made item?

Because each product is custom made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll work to resolve it.

What happens if there's a problem with my order?

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or there has been an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
